St. Denis Parish Community Auction

Call any time to make arrangements to

consign or donate items for the 2010 sale

Saturday, AUGUST 14^th at 9:30am (EDT)

Millhousen, Indiana - Eight miles south of Greensburg, Indiana.

We will accept farm machinery, vehicles, tools, mowers, antiques, households
or any new or good used items.  Retail consignments welcome.

No used tires, no computers, and no appliances.

We reserve the right to refuse unsaleable items.

We will strive to obtain the best price possible for your item.

The sale will be well publicized with lots of advertising.

Get your items listed soon so that they will appear on the sale bills.

Deadline for entries to appear in the Advertising – July 16^th

COMMISSION RATES

$5.00 and under are considered donated.

$  5.01 >> $  25.00 = 25%                        $    100.01 >>    $500.00 = 10%
$25.01 >> $  75.00 = 20%                        $   500.01 >> $1,000.00 =   8%
$75.01 >> $100.00 = 15%                       $1,000.00 and up             =    6%

$30.00 deposit to auction for Autos, trucks, trailers, ATVs and Motorcycles. Must have clear and proper title.

Auction and rummage sale items will be accepted the day before the sale.   (all day)

We will also have a rummage sale of donated clothing and misc.
items during the sale.   Food and drinks will be served.

Additional auctioneers and volunteers are welcome.
